Eric Brodsky is a Partner at RMG, where he leads engagements across Advisory, Transaction Strategy, Accounting and Assurance, and Tax. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in serving middle market and closely held businesses, acting as a trusted advisor to owners and their families as they protect and grow what they’ve built.
Eric’s practice centers on guiding clients through the decisions that define the trajectory of their businesses. He advises on transaction structuring, due diligence, ownership transitions, and succession planning — delivering actionable insight at every stage of the deal lifecycle. His deal-oriented mindset is grounded in a deep understanding of each client’s operations, financials, and long-term objectives.
As a member of RMG’s Advisory team, Eric also plays an ongoing strategic role for his clients. He helps leadership teams implement stronger financial reporting frameworks, strengthen internal controls, and leverage real-time data to make faster, better-informed decisions. Eric brings additional depth in tax compliance, planning, and strategy across complex entity structures, including individual, trust, and gift tax matters. He has represented clients through income tax and sales and use tax examinations with multiple taxing authorities and stays current on evolving federal and state tax legislation.
