Prior to joining RMG, Michael worked at Deloitte and Withum, gaining extensive experience across multiple industries. At Deloitte, he focused primarily on manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies, while at Withum he specialized in C corporations within the technology and research & development sectors. He also has substantial experience with closely held family businesses in the manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as with real estate companies. In addition, Michael possesses individual tax experience, enabling him to advise business owners and high-net-worth individuals on both their personal and corporate tax matters.
